My name is Zachary Ryan. I am the owner and creative director of LA FLECHA FILM Co. I have crafted and branded a unique style of visual storytelling that is sought after to elevate personal, corporate, and non-profit brands.
In 2014, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UNC Wilmington. Since graduating, I continue to lean into my growing knowledge of communication and rhetorical theory as a foundation for story development. My unique style couples a theory-based approach with a deep, raw, and authentic artistic expression.
Malachi Green is the director of photography and assistant editor at LA FLECHA FILM Co. He is a licensed drone pilot and has a steady hand to operate any camera he picks up. He has been part of the team since the very beginning, where he fit the unique needs of the agency. Malachi’s diligence and attention to detail makes him a great teammate.

Our Process
LA FLECHA FILM Co is a full-service visual storytelling agency. We have a passion to elevate a wide variety of brands through authentic photography and documentary-style narratives. Owner, Zachary Pomeroy has fallen in love with the craft of sharing stories ever since he traveled to Nicaragua for the first time in 2007. This ignited a fire in him to attend UNC Wilmington, where he studied Communication Studies. LA FLECHA FILM Co embodies his unique perspective of the freedom that comes from sharing your story. We believe the first step to your growth (personal or brand) is to share your story with the world. You are far more valuable than the lies that tell you to hide who you are.
